Lindsay Lohan hires new lawyer Stuart V. Goldberg

Los Angeles, July 11 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Lindsay Lohan has now hired a new lawyer – Stuart V. Goldberg, after her last lawyer resigned. Shawn Chapman Holley used to represent the actress, but she resigned after Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in prison. Though no official cause of split was announced but it is being speculated that the cause of the split might be the inability of Shawn to get Lohan off the hook for her 3-month jail term.
The 24-year-old star has been recently in the news for all the wrong reasons. She had been issued warrants for her arrest in the past many times, but every time she was able to get off the hook with some excuse or the other. But this time around, even though she apologized profusely to the judge, the judge refused to relent and ordered her to be behind bars for 90 days.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Lohan’s mother Dina said that, “It’s very difficult, we’re not sleeping well, we’re not functioning. We cry a lot and we hug a lot. She’s petrified, we all are.” Dina and Lindsay’s sister have met the new lawyer and are hoping that he would be able to work some magic and get Lindsay off the hook.
