Lindsay Lohan has $10,000 stolen from her purse
December 12th, 2011 - 8:25 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Dec 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lindsay Lohan was on the losing end this time after $10,000 cash was stolen from her purse at a party. The actress was left to taste how it feels to be a victim of theft when she returned from making a call to find her purse gone. She was really freaked out and in an audio voice captured by TMZ, Lohan could be heard swearing at whoever took the purse.
The party was held in Hawaii last weekend. The actress was left in a fix because her passport and other documents were contained in the bag that was stolen. Missing those documents meant she would have almost certainly missed her court date on Wednesday. It is something Lohan wouldn’t want to happen because she knows that the judicial system might have run out of patience for her.
TMZ later updated that the purse has been returned to the Mean Girls star but she was not that lucky with the $10,000 that was in the purse.
Lohan recently posed nude for the adult magazine Playboy. The edition was leaked online ahead of the release forcing the company to release an early version on their website Playboy.com.
The hard copy is expected at the newsstands later in the week.
