Lindsay Lohan, Discharged From Jail, Will Now Undergo A 3-Month Visit To The Rehab Facility

She has been in the limelight recently for all sorts of unpleasant reasons. She had become the recipient of a punishment by the judiciary recently for infringing her probationary stipulations that stemmed from her involvement in a drug case of 2007. The punishment awarded to Lindsay was of 90 days in prison. Nonetheless, Lindsay was discharged from prison this Monday at 1.35 am subsequent to being in the penal complex for merely 14 days.

AP has articulated that the remainder of her punishment would have to be adhered to by Lindsay in a rehabilitative institution. Her spell in the rehabilitative center would be three months long.

A judge in Beverly Hills had commanded Lindsay to visit the rehab within a day of her discharge from prison. Nevertheless, the judge cut down that time in the previous week after seeking advice from Lindsay’s defense attorney and a prosecutor. Steve Whitmore happens to be a spokesperson of the sheriff of Los Angeles. Whitmore voiced on Monday that it was mandatory for Lindsay to report right away to the rehab after her discharge from jail.

A prosecutor has mentioned that Lindsay cannot be discharged prematurely. She will have to use up the entire time in healing purportedly at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. The Center and the governmental bureaucrats have refused to declare whether Lohan is a patient there or not. Nevertheless, the media chased a van that was shepherded by the police to the Center after Lindsay’s discharge from prison.

On July 20 this year, Lindsay capitulated herself in the Beverly Hills courthouse of Judge Marsha Revel, which belonged to the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Lindsay gave herself up to the police personnel since she had not attended a parole inquiry in May 2010 arising from her detention in 2007. Also, the presence of alcohol was detected in her blood by a monitoring appliance that the courthouse had commanded her to sport.

Lindsay Lohan’s Mom, Dina Lohan, and Lindsay’s sister, the 16-year-old Ali, paid a visit to the UCLA on Tuesday to interact with Lindsay and offer her verbal assistance.
