Lindsay Lohan’s Family In Court Again

Lindsay Lohan is also at her family home after the Betty Ford Clinic allowed her a Christmas holiday. But there is definitely no peace for the Lohan family this Christmas. Going by the reports, Dina Lohan has filed a complaint with the Child Support Collection Unit claiming that Michael Lohan has not paid a sum close to $30,000 as child support money for her daughters Ali and Cody. In the same complaint made at the Nassau County area of New York, Dina Lohan also says that her ex husband has been sending a huge amount of money for a child that he fathers with another woman in Montana. Unable to bear this fact, Dina Lohan was left with no other options but to visit a US court.
Though Lindsay Lohan’s comments on the incident have not been obtained by the media, her mom is of the opinion that LiLo too finds her father’s acts ridiculous. Michael Lohan, on the other hand, has said that he is not the father of the child living in Montana, but providing her with money is something that he will have to do to stay out of jail!
