Lily Allen’s worst concert experience
September 26th, 2009 - 4:27 pm ICT by ANILondon, Sept 26 (ANI): Popstar Lily Allen recently revealed one of her worst concert experiences when crowd in Seattle were asking for more while she was sitting on the lavatory at end of the show.
‘I came down with diarrhoea but I still went on. I was desperate to do a poo the whole way through,” the Telegraph quoted her as telling November edition of Q magazine.
‘At the end of the show I went to the toilet and it would not stop, the crowd were going ‘Lil-y! Lil-y!’ for an encore. I didn’t feel I could send anyone out and say, ‘Will you lot just shut up? She’s having a c**p’, but that was the truth,’ she added.
Meanwhile, the ‘Smile’ hitmaker’s representatives have denied Allen was retiring from music.
The singer had posted a message online declaring that she had no plans to make another record.
‘Lily is not retiring from music. She is still promoting her current album which is why she said she is not thinking about her next record right now,” said Allen’s publicist. (ANI)
