London, Apr 17 (ANI): Lily Allen has given former best friend Kate Moss the ultimate snub by not inviting the model to her June wedding to builder Sam Cooper.

Allen will marry Cooper in a ceremony in Gloucestershire this summer and invitations, on parchment paper, went out last week.

While a plethora of rock stars and famous faces are invited, Moss has been omitted.

The omission from Allen’s wedding invitation list might prove to be the last nail in the coffin for her friendship with Moss, with whom she famously partied in St Tropez in 2009, reports the Daily Mail.

Close to 300 friends and family have been asked to keep June 11 free for a lavish reception which will take place at Lily’s home near Stroud, with just 100 invited to an intimate ceremony at the nearby village church in Cranham.

“Lily and Kate are more like ‘frenemies’ these days,” says a friend of the pair.

It was reported by Moss’ friends that Allen told the model about the date of her wedding, but it was more by way of warning than an intention to invite her.

Moss, 37, is marrying rock-star boyfriend Jamie Hince, frontman of “The Kills”, took singer Allen, 25, under her wings and the hard-partying friends were often seen out on the town.

But after vowing to curb her wild ways, Allen drifted apart from Moss. (ANI)
