Lily Allen says she nearly died after losing her baby
March 30th, 2011 - 2:54 pm ICT by ANILondon, Mar 30 (ANI): For the first time, Lily Allen has revealed that she almost died after the death of her premature son last year.
The 25-year-old singer - who will marry builder Sam Cooper, 32, in June - was stricken with a viral infection when she lost her baby boy six months into her pregnancy last November.
“It was really quite touch and go for a few days,” the Sun quoted her as saying on her Channel 4 show Lily Allen: From Riches To Rags.
“My friends reacted so much more to me being ill compared to what I felt was the most devastating part of it, I couldn’t have cared less about myself. I literally was on my death bed but I didn’t even feel it,” she added. (ANI)
