Lily Allen regrets career choice
June 8th, 2010 - 4:16 pm ICT by IANSLondon, June 8 (IANS) Singer Lily Allen regrets her career choice and admits she was lured by the name and fame that a pop career brings.
“I definitely got sucked in and attracted by something that I thought was real and now I have realised that it isn’t and it is not necessarily something that I really want to be a part of. You will see me gravitate away from it all,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Allen as saying.
The singer, who became popular after debuting in 2006 with the album “Smile”, announced that she might retire from recording and performing live later this year and will concentrate on setting up a music label and a designer clothes store.
