New York, June 9 (ANI): A judge recalled an arrest warrant - issued for Lindsay Lohan for allegedly setting off her court-ordered, booze-sensing ankle bracelet, after 20,000 dollars were posted by a bail bondsman.
The judge released the warrant after the troubles star allegedly stopped wearing her alcohol-monitoring bracelet that was ordered by the government.
But merely after an hour, a bail bondsman deposited 20,000-dollar-bail, which is 10 percent of Lohan’s 200,000 dollars bail.
Lohan can now be free from further probation violations till her Driving Under Influence hearing on July.
Judge Marsha Revel of the Los Angeles Superior Court said that Lohan had violated her probation after the closed-door meeting with lawyers in Beverly Hills, reports The New York Post.
“My monitoring bracelet wasn’t set off,” Lohan tweeted.
“Its physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off. All of these false reports are absolutely wrong,” she added. (ANI)
