Washington, Mar 21 (ANI): Sources close to Lindsay Lohan have revealed that the troubled actress is now ’seriously considering’ accepting a plea deal in her felony grand theft trial.
Los Angeles County Judge Keith Schwartz had offered Lohan a deal that includes three months in jail, which would be lowered to just 19 days because of jail overcrowding - if she accepts a plea.
Sources said that though she still maintains her innocence, the reality is starting to sink in and Lohan is beginning to understand the risks of going forward with a trial, reports TMZ.com.
If she loses at trial, she could get more than a year in jail for the probation violation, plus prison time for the felony grand theft. (ANI)
