Lil Wayne not shot at?

Aug 4 (IBNS) A rumor that Lil Wayne had been shot at a Georgia airport following his concert in Virgina on Sunday night is being rubbished by a report in manolith.com.

According to some web aficionados, a celebrity death on Sunday evening or Monday morning it’s probably not true.

These leaks tend to occur at the beginning of the week when most people return to work and get back on their computers.

Another website key-jed.com said: But it’s Sunday afternoon – and you know what that means? Sunday afternoons has been dominated by celebrity fake death report today since 2008. You actually predict that by 3:00 pm PST every Sunday expect to read online false plane or train crashes of celebrities.

The most common celebrity to fake die on Sundays – Lil Wayne – followed by Miley Cyrus. In fact, this same Lil Wayne fake rumor spread in November 2008, it was learnt.

Rick Astley is alive. Miley is doing great. And Lil Wayne totally fine.

As reported here previously, while the death reports seem to populate more among music celebrities, an upswing lately is coming in fake film star deaths. Also, cause of fake death reports have changed. There has been also a recent rise of fake foreign hotel room stories.
