Dec. 07, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The latest story to have hit the headlines in rumor land is the murder of rapper Lil Wayne. The rapper seems to be the hottest favorite of the rumor mongers, particularly when they have to concoct gruesome death stories. The latest story, though on the same strain as the others, that is- involving the death of the celebrity: this time, they have displayed quite a lot of creativity. The Lil Wayne death rumors now come with a twist: murder!

The rumor says something about the rapper having been shot to death. The details are quite sordid, mentioning that the superstar was involved in a gang feud and had been shot dead in the tiff. More accounts follow that say that he had not been taken away for treatment and had been left in the streets. The rumor says that the rapper was involved in a feud between the ‘Blood and Crips” that ultimately resulted in his untimely death. Allegedly, he had just wrapped up a performance in the New Orleans area when an altercation struck up between the rival gangs.

Lil Wayne had apparently been shot six times in the chest with a semi automatic 9mm handgun. One cannot help but applaud the ingenuity of the plot makers. Every detail has been meticulously looked into, including the time of death: 2:36 in the morning, and the place: the Tulane University Hospital, and even the weapon of murder: a Smith and Wesson. What they cannot be marked for is the morbid fascination of constantly targeting celebrities, something that is absolutely pointless.
