Nov. 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The famous American rapper has become one of the most popular internet searches in the recent days. He had pleaded guilty on charges of possessing murder weapons and will have to go behind the bars in the coming year. Fans of Lil Wayne are wondering what will happen to Wayne’s famous dreadlocks as possessing this type of hairstyle is not allowed in the jail.

Sources reported that many people consider the rapper would have to cut off his hair during his jail term, yet some expect that he will serve his jail sentence without any hairstyle change. It has also been reported that jail inmates can possess long hair if they are followers of Rastafarri religion. However, they have to prove the truth behind their claim for maintaining their hairstyle. There is no confirmed news as to what will happen to the Grammy award winning rapper’s infamous locks. The rapper is presently busy with his music launches before he is to serve his prison terms.

Lil Wayne has recently released the “No Ceiling” tape that has gained huge popularity for its music. Now, there is news that he is appearing in one of the music videos of singing sensation Shakira, titled ‘Give It Up To Me’. Not only this but also the rapper will come up with his seventh studio album, ‘Rebirth’. Sources stated that the album which was originally scheduled to release in April this year will release on December 15, 2009. It is expected that all these musical exploits will make him reign the heart of his fans in the days that are to come.
