The Oasis frontman, who has often cited Lennon as having a great influence on his music, has claimed that he suffers lack of sleep amid fears that he might witness the spirit of the former Beatle.

“I was in Manchester at a mate’s house. I turned round and there I was, lying on the bed, and I sort of fell back into my body. There was a presence there and it was him, Lennon,” Contact music quoted Gallaghter as saying.

Meanwhile Gallagher is reportedly in talks to team up for a new advertising campaign by soft drink giant Pepsi, who are looking to give their product a new rock ‘n’ roll image.

If the lucrative deal is finalized, the rocker, along with singer Charlotte Church, will feature in adverts showing him teaching the Church how to trash a hotel room and smash instruments while enjoying a selection of alcoholic drinks mixed with the cola beverage. (ANI)
