Now, after spending about two decades in the industry, Leonardo has got the top position in the Forbes magazine’s list of highest earning actors in 2010. The success of his movies Shutter Island and Inception has brought him this big achievement of the year. These two movies are counted among the 15 highest-grossing films at the global box office.
According to Forbes.com, Leonardo earned a huge package of $75 million for his work in Inception, which grossed $1.1 billion at the global box office.
The Tourist star Johnny Depp took the second place in the list and newcomer Mia Wasikowska from Alice in Wonderland is tying Depp in that position. It is a surprising fact considering her freshness in the industry.
However, it was Leonardo’s year completely and no one can deny that. We wish the next year comes with lots of more surprises in his life!
