Leonardo DiCaprio to star in JFK assassination film
November 20th, 2010 - 12:59 pm ICT by ANILondon, Nov 20 (ANI): Leonardo DiCaprio is set to star in ‘Legacy of Secrecy,’ an adaptation of a book about the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
He will play the role of an FBI informant called Jack Van Laningham, who made friends with Carlos Marcello, a mafia boss who allegedly admitted to being involved in JFK’s 1963 murder, reports the Sun.
The ‘Titanic’ star will also produce the flick.
The movie is expected to hit theaters in 2013, to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the president’s death. (ANI)
