July 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Singer Leona Lewis, who was scheduled to perform at several locations in Australia, Asia and Europe over the next couple of months has called off the tour. Organizers of the Leona Lewis tour have announced that the singer preferred to remain home at this difficult phase in her life. Leona Lewis has recently called it quits with her longtime boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa.

Speaking to the media, Leona Lewis said that it is her loved ones that she needs to be close to to overcome the pain of the split with her childhood sweetheart and hence the singer preferred to cancel her world tour. It has been reported that Leona Lewis has been in disturbed state of mind ever since she and her boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa decided to part ways earlier this month. A person close to her claims that the singer was so heartbroken and so upset after her split that she could not concentrate on her performances in England too and thus thought it better to cancel all upcoming concert tours.

The same person was also quoted as saying that Leona Lewis has found a comfort zone after her split last month, and that is not another man but writing of songs. It has been reported that Leona Lewis, who had previously engaged only in singing will also be seen penning her own songs from now on. It has surely been an emotional breakdown for Leona Lewis, considering that the singer has been in a romantic relationship with Lou Al-Chamaa for the past ten years of her life. She is now banking on the support of her friends and family.
