August 19, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The legendary ex-Beatles John Lennon’s Box of Vision would soon be available. This is a limited edition, separately numbered box set that is supposed to come out in the month of October to celebrate singer’s 70th birthday.

The box contains a lot of artwork but no music. The book also includes a 166-page hard book that is full of LP artwork from both Lennon and Lennon and Ono albums that are all restored in LP sized prints. The box set also contains the whole artwork for ‘Wedding Album’ and the calendar artwork for the ‘Live Peace in Toronto 1969′.

It also has something called the “catalography’ that features an elite essay as well as a textual guide, reproductions of Lennon album advertisements and handwritten sound notes to both “Double Fantasy “and’ Milk and Honey’.

There is also a ‘Box Of Vision’ CD storage space system, which is made to store all of Lennon’s official CD releases, even though the CDs aren’t included. It does, however, include a couple of ‘art-adorned’ recordable DVDs and two recordable CDs.

The box set is formally licensed by Yoko Ono, Lennon’s widow. The box feels like a nice, refreshing change from several Beatles oriented issues, in that it’s not just attempting to sell music that the listeners already have. Less than 7500 numbered copies of this precious collection are made.

Hurry up and grab your copy guys!!!
