Lennon, mistress planned secret love-nest: book

November 19th, 2007 - 2:19 pm ICT by admin Tell a Friend -

New York, November 19 (ANI): Sir John Lennon once planned to make a getaway with his personal assistant May Pang to a cosy home in Montauk, reveals an upcoming book.

In Instamatic Karma, Pang writes that she and the late Beatle got very impressed with a lovely Scottish-style cottage during a visit to the place in 1975.

She has revealed that the cottage was next to the famed lighthouse owned by renowned photographer-artist Peter Beard.

Lennon was so impressed with the cottage that he asked the real agent to show them the place, reveals the book.

We fell in love with it and were about to put a binder on it the weekend of February 1st,” the New York Post quotes Pang as writing in the book.

Pang, however, has not revealed why Lennon changed his mind about buying the house in the last minute.

“Some things just weren’t meant to be,” she writes.

The book is scheduled for release in March from St. Martin’s. (ANI)

I wonder how John could have bought a house when his assets were frozen due to his deporation status. May said in her first book that John had no access to his money, they lived off a 10 grand advance from capital. Sounds like horsecrap to me. Besides he went back to Yoko in 1975 so she has her years wrong as well.

Gee Lucy you seem to have all the answers so you figure it out. It just goes to show how little you know. Think about it. Then again it just proves your wrong again. I have seen your posts for years. I myself do not like May for reasons unknown to you but your information you are sending out are all lies. Did you know her? It sounds like it and it is obvious you are very jealous.
