Legal trouble for Longoria’s restaurant
November 23rd, 2011 - 1:47 pm ICT by IANSLos Angeles, Nov 23 (IANS) Actress Eva Longoria’s restaurant, Beso, may face a law suit from a woman who slipped and fell there while celebrating her birthday at the top floor.
Luiza Boyadjian claims she has suffered major physical injuries as a result of the fall this year, reports tmz.com.
Boyadjian alleges the restaurant had a duty to maintain safer floors and she is now suing it for unspecified damages which will be more than $25,000.
