Tennessee, Feb 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The mansion that LeAnn Rimes and her ex-husband Dean Sheremet previously lived in has greatly dropped in value.

In 2009, the then couple offered the English-style mansion in Tennessee for $7.45 million. Immediately after the couple announced their divorce, they took the mansion off the market.

The divorce was completely finalized in December of 2009. The mansion was then brought back to the market and the asking price was dropped to $6,499,000. That was in January of 2010. The price of the mansion was further reduced to $6,299,000 in October of 2010.

As at December of 2010, the mansion was still not sold. It is expected that the price would drop much further. The house has several features. The 13,000 square foot structure has large den, media room, entertainment area, guest quarters, an exercise studio, custom woodwork, hand-distressed wood floors and a wiring for a music studio. The mansion is located within the gated community of Avalon and it is fully fenced.

The country music singer is currently engaged to Eddie Cibrian. It is not however clear whether the two are currently living in the mansion or not.
