November 1st, 2011 - 2:21 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Nov 1 (IANS) Singer Leann Rimes is helping a charity that cares for the homeless to raise money by donating autographed hats for auction.
British comedian Stephen Merchant and singers Eliza Doolittle and Shirley Bassey have also offered their headgear for the eBay.co.uk sale, which will raise money for St Mungo’s, a London-based organisation providing shelter and support to the displaced, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Bassey has handed over a soft purple hat for the cause, while Rimes and Merchant have donated signed baseball caps.
The auction will close Nov 6.
