Gary Coleman Estate Utah, Jun 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Gary Coleman’s lawyer Robert Jeffs has said that according to the provisions of the actor’s 2005 will, there is going to be no funeral.

According to the actor’s 1999 will, which was filed in the 4th District Court in Provo, Utah, said that the star wants that his body shouldn’t be buried, but rather it ought to be cremated. So the executors of his estate and his lawyer are merely carrying out his last wishes. Cremating him isn’t their personal decision.

The Utah court has appointed an independent lawyer Robert Jeffs to carry out the provisions in the actor’s will. Apart from that, there is a tussle going on between Gary’s ex wife Shannon Price, and his former girlfriend Anna Gray.

The 1999 will left nothing to Gary’s ex-wife as they weren’t married at that time and hadn’t even met. However after his death, Shannon is contesting the will and in her defense she has also produced a hand written note, which says that Shannon Price is the beneficiary of the Gary Coleman estate.

The court would decide the matter, and till then his ashes would remain out of bounds for both the ladies, and would instead be stored.
