michael jacksons doctor Los Angeles, Feb 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael Jackson’s personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray is likely to surrender soon, according to his lawyer. Dr Conrad Murray’s lawyer Ed Chernoff said that he is negotiating with prosecutors to surrender his client. “We are presently negotiating with the District Attorneys’ office the surrender of Dr. Murray,” lawyer Ed Chernoff said. He also said that the logistics of the arrangement have not been agreed as on yet.

Law enforcement sources are also saying that Dr. Conrad Murray will be arraigned, and charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson on 5th February. There are reports that Dr. Murray will soon be booked, and then taken to Airport Court in LA, Division 144. He will face a judge at 1:30 p.m. PST on 5th February. And the whole event will be recorded on a pool video camera coupled with a still camera too. Authorities say that Dr Murray is thinking about turning himself in to the LAPD on Friday morning. However his lawyer Ed Chernoff differed on the exact logistics of when he would surrender.

It may be recalled that Dr Conrad Murray was Michael Jackson’s personal physician who provided him with the anesthetic propofol that the coroner’s officials say, killed Jackson. So he has remained the main focus in the investigation. However on his part Conrad Murray has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, and insists he gave then-appropriate medical aid, when he found Jackson distressed, and not breathing on June 25 2009.
