zombie Los Angeles, Apr 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A former TMZ photographer had filed a lawsuit against Woody Harrelson. But recent court records show that the case has been dismissed. The photographer Josh Levine had accused Woody Harrelson of attacking him.

The lawsuit had been filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, and court records reveal that the photographer and Woody Harrelson reached a settlement a few days ago over the matter. However the details of the settlement were not shared with the media.

If both sides had not reached the settlement, then the case would have gone on trial next month (May).

It may be recalled that Josh Levine had filed a lawsuit against the actor in June 2008, stating that the Oscar-nominated actor had broken his video camera, also attacked him and tried to choke him too. He also alleged that Woody ordered his bodyguard to attack Josh. This incident took place in Hollywood in 2006.

However the lawsuit saga continued when instead of taking things lying down, Woody counter-sued him. He sued Josh on charges of invasion of privacy. However since both sides have come to a mutual agreement, so this lawsuit has been dismissed as well.
