Aug 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After a much anticipated fourth season premiere on July 25, AMC dramatic television series “Mad Men” returned with another episode last night which kept its large number of viewers glued to their seats. The second episode of the hit television series which was titled “Christmas Comes But Once a Year” aired on Sunday night and as expected the latest segment was also successful in attaining wide viewership.

The regular viewers who had tuned in to watch last night’s episode described some of the scenes to be highly touching while it also showcased some unsettling turn of events that ensures that the followers of the AMC program would turn up to watch the next episode out of curiosity to know how the story gradually unfolds. In the latest episode, the viewers witness Sally receiving a Christmas letter from Dan which highlights the depressed state that he is shown to be in. At the same time, the episode also showcases Freddy Rumsen returning to SCDP with a client but ultimately he ends up having a tussle with Peggy owing to his chauvinism while Dan is seen getting absolutely drunk which results in him having a one-night stand. Apart from these, last night’s segment of “Mad Men” also includes many other interesting developments that was immensely enjoyed by the viewers.

The AMC television series which has been created by Matthew Weiner made its debut in the network on July 19, 2007. Since then, the show has managed to attract extensive viewership with the first season of the program receiving a whopping 900,000 audiences.
