Oct 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The much anticipated American drama series “Dexter” season 5 premiered on Showtime on September 26 and yesterday was the episode 2 of the drama series. The last night’s episode was subtitled as “Hello Bandit” and the season 5 episode 2 was directed by John Dahl and it written by Scott Buck. In the premiere the audience saw how Dexter tries to manage between his personal and professional life after his wife Rita passes away. Last night’s episode also showcased Dexter’s struggle to keep up to the expectation of his children in his new role as single father.

Last night the audience saw Dexter and his children has shifted to Debra’s home as the protagonist of the story refuses to go back to the place where his wife Rita was killed. However, as the time proceeds Debra realizes that by sharing her apartment with her brother and his children, she has compromised with her privacy. On the other hand Dexter is seen putting his full effort to be a good father and curbs his dark urges. However, later he makes a terrible discovery which compels him to reconsider his decision. The whole drama becomes interesting when investigator Quinn suspects him of Rita’s murder.

On the other hand LaGuerta and Batista drama kept the audience glued to their seats as well. Batista comes to know that LaGuerta has been hiding a hefty amount from him. This makes him upset and he indulges in a serious bar fight which results in a mess. The audience is presently waiting for the next episode “Practically Perfect” where investigator Quinn will discover a strange similarity between the Trinity Killer suspect ‘Kyle Butler’ and Dexter Morgan.
