‘Late Night with Cheryl’ TV show on the horizon
January 3rd, 2012 - 9:05 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, Jan 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Cheryl Cole has reportedly been handed a job to host her own talk show on Channel 4. Media reports say the show will be titled Late Night With Cheryl.
Cheryl has been noticeably absent from the television screens ever since she stepped down as a judge of the hit show X Factor UK. She tried to land a role on the US version of the show but that failed at the very last minute.
Media reports suggest that the singer has been approached with several offers after she failed to get on the judge panel of the X Factor USA show.
MTV quoted one source as saying that, “There have been a few film roles and scripts sent to her from Hollywood that are being considered. She’s being hankered after to work on new music with US acts like Nicki Minaj, thanks to their mutual friend Will.I.Am.”
Cheryl is the former wife of Chelsea star Ashley Cole. The two split after reports that Cole has cheated with several other women. The two have however grown close lately. Another source said Cheryl plans to spend 2012 with family members as well as concentrating on her music career.
Girls Aloud is reportedly working on coming together again in 2012.
