Lastonia Leviston Files Lawsuit Against 50 Cent

james1New York, Feb 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rapper 50 Cent has found himself amidst legal troubles after a Florida woman named Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit against the musical artist for circulating a sex video featuring her on the internet. According to reports, the lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in New York City against the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson.

In the lawsuit, the woman has alleged that her name and her image was unlawfully featured in the video and at the same time also claims that the much acclaimed musical artist edited himself into the sex video as a narrator. Moreover, the lawsuit also points out that 50 Cent then went on to post the controversial video in his own online portal last year, which also featured him. Reportedly, when the video, which was shot in 2008, was posted in the rapper’s website the face of the women and her lover was made indistinct. The woman also claims that after the sex video featuring her became public, it caused her immense agony and distress which supposedly propelled her to take legal action against the musician. As of now, no comments have been available from the musical artist or any of his attorneys regarding the allegations made by the Florida woman.

50 Cent is among the most popular rappers, who shot to fame with the release of his 2003 album “Get Rich or Die Tryin” as well as the album “The Massacre” which released in the year 2005. Both of the albums received wide appreciation and together it sold around a whopping 21 million copies.
