Larry King not retiring
July 2nd, 2010 - 9:12 pm ICT by IANSLondon, July 2 (IANS) US talk show icon Larry King is not retiring, it’s only his show that is coming to an end, says his representative.
King announced earlier this week that he has decided to stop hosting “The Larry King Live” on CNN.
“Larry King is not retiring. Despite some erroneous reports on the internet and elsewhere, Larry King is continuing his career with great enthusiasm,” digitalspy.co.uk quoted King’s representative as saying.
“He will do the specials for CNN, step up his speaking engagements across the nations, accept opportunities for endorsements and generally continue a very active professional life. ‘The Larry King Live’ show is being retired, but not Larry himself,” the representative added.
