Lady Gaga to premiere her ‘You and I’ video
August 17th, 2011 - 9:28 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattNew York, Aug 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lady Gaga will premiere the video of her song “You and I” on MTV on Thursday. Before the video premiers, Gaga will be at the studio where she will speak about range of issues including her future plans and surprises for her fans.
MTV will air the show at 7:49 p.m. ET on the 18th of August. The show which is titled “MTV First: Lady Gaga,” will be aired on MTV and Logo. The interview with Gaga will be streamed on MTV.com later shortly after the video has been premiered.
Video of “You And I” was shot in Nebraska in July. Gaga has already hinted her fans about what the video is all about. In series of tweets, the singer has been giving her fans hints saying her 1,000th tweet would provide a link to the video.
In a previous tweet, Gaga revealed that, “The [video is about the] idea that when you’re away from someone you love, it’s torture,” she said. “I knew I wanted the video to be about me sprinting back and walking hundreds of thousands of miles to get him back.”
“You And I” is one of the tracks on Gaga’s latest album Born This Way.
