Lady Gaga threatens to sue breast milk ice cream maker over their brand name

The shop plans to name the ice cream ‘Baby Gaga’ but the shop’s owner says that pop singer has a problem with that. The Icecreamists founder, Matt O’Connor, announced that he has received a letter from the lawyers of Lady Gaga threatening that he should drop the name or meet up in court.
O’Connor said Lady Gaga’s threats were not only limited to the company and its assets. He said that, “She’s threatening to bankrupt us and she’s also threatening me personally, saying she’ll seize my personal assets and property.”
O’Connor revealed that he is not moved by the threats. He said that ‘Gaga’ is no more than a sound that a baby makes when it is born. He said he is ready for the showdown in court.
The introduction of the controversial ‘Baby Gaga’ ice cream suffered a setback last week when the Westminster Council briefly seized the supplies over concerns relating to health issue. The council on Wednesday gave the all clear for the ice cream to be sold.
Lady Gaga’s attorney in London refused to make comment on the issue when Reuters contacted him.
