London, Mar 5 (ANI): ‘Poker Face’ singer Lady Gaga was left teary eyed while singing a duet with her biggest fan, who became a YouTube sensation after she sang the singer’s latest single, ‘Born This Way’.

Gaga, 24, real name Stefani Germanotta, invited Maria Aragon, 10, from Winnipeg, onstage at the Air Canada Centre for a duet in front of a 20,000 strong audience.

The two embraced, and an excited Gaga picked her fan up and twirled her around, before sitting together at the piano, with Aragon perched on Gaga’s lap, to perform her toned-down version of Born This Way.

“I’m really excited that Maria is here today, because Maria represents what this song is all about,” the Daily Mail quoted Gaga as telling the audience.

“It’s all about the next generation and the future and no more divisiveness,” she stated.

Gaga’s eyes filled with tears as she listened to Aragon, a star in the making, as she gave a shout out to her family and friends back in Winnipeg.

“I just want to say I’m really grateful. I want to thank all of you for all your support. I’m from Winnipeg and I came over here to sing for you, I hope you enjoyed it,” Aragon said.

She told the audience she’d be back to help perform the radio version of the single later in the concert

“If I could just touch one person, that’s enough,” a tearful Gaga said after Aragon had left the stage.

“She made me all nervous because she’s such a superstar,” she added. (ANI)
