Lady Gaga spent 3 days in a mesh coffin before Grammy ‘Rebirth’!

Washington, Feb 16 (ANI): It seems Lady Gaga took her ‘rebirth’ at Grammy Awards very seriously - the star spent three days in a mesh coffin before she arrived for the event.

The artist arrived at the Grammys in one of the eggs, designed by British artist Hussein Chalayan and built by late Muppet creator Jim Henson’s team, and ‘hatched’ from another onstage for her performance of new song ‘Born This Way’.

But that’s not very the bizarre day began - before coming onstage Gaga was wheeled out of her hotel in a mesh box.

“She was incubating and, in birthing the new race, she had to go through a DNA transition, so before she was born we had to actually transfer her in a mesh box to keep the process going,” Contactmusic quoted singer’s creative director and choreographer Laurieann Gibson as saying. (ANI)
