Lady Gaga says fame and love don’t mix

The ‘Poker Face’ hitmaker was snapped in June (09) getting cosy with a mystery man in Hawaii, but has hinted her relationship with the entrepreneur, known only as “Speedy”, has come to an end.
The singer admits she’s starting to regret having a successful career - because it has cost her the love of her life.
“If anyone had told me at the start of my career what success brings along with it, I would have thought twice. Now I know you have to choose between fame and love. Both together won’t work,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
“Sometimes I feel that my fans are all that I have. I realised this again recently, when I read a letter from a girl. She wrote to tell me how much she loves me - I just cried,” she added. (ANI)
