Sep 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It seems that the “Fame” singer Lady Gaga can be called as the crowned queen of MTV Video Music Awards 2010. The singer who is well known for her outrageous costumes bagged eight prizes last night, including two pre-show awards. The singer received most of her awards for her video “Bad Romance”.

The “Telephone” singer was excited while receiving the award. Holding the award in one hand and microphone in the other, the singer thanked all her fans for their support and appreciation. Lady Gaga told in that she was “nervous” for the night that she would let her fans down. She appeared on the stage for three times to receive her awards as the other awards were announced off camera. One of the most interesting part of the show was, each time she was on stage, she was seen wearing a different costume. Other than Lady Gaga, the only other multiple award winner of the night was Eminem, who opened the show with his famous songs but he was not present to receive his award as he left early from the show.

Last night also disappointed some other singers, like Taylor Swift received one nomination this year, however, in the end she did not receive any award. Lady Gaga, while receiving her award became so emotional that she broke into tears. Later she even revealed the name of her new album while accepting the Video Of The Year Trophy. The name of her new album will be “Born This Way” and it is all set to hit the music stores next year. Over all, MTV Video Music Award 2010 enthralled the audience and surely they enjoyed the show and had a gala time.
