Sep 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Be it her bizarre costumes, her controversial statements or crowd surfing, Lady Gaga has always managed to hog limelight and be the center of attention. The singer, however, was called as the uncrowned queen of MTV VMA Music Awards last night as she received 8 coveted awards from her 13 nominations. The singer even announced that she is all set to release her new album “Born This Way” next year.

Lady Gaga, in one of her interviews in March to a reputed media source said that she had begun her work on her new studio album and has already finished writing the core theme of it. In June, the singer in her interview said that her third studio album was finished but will not be released until 2011. The singer said that her album will be released quickly as she had been working on it for months. The singer said that some artists take months to finish their projects but she doesn’t. The reason she gave was that she writes “music” everyday.

Lady Gaga while accepting her award yesterday announced that her new album is all set to hit the music stores next year. In the function, Lady Gaga said that she promised that she would reveal the name of her records if she wins the award. Lady Gaga grabbed attention for her meat dress which she wore in the cover page in a reputed magazine. The singer said that she was very nervous as she thought that she would let her fans down. However, Lady Gaga even sang lines of her upcoming album which was liked and appreciated by the audience.
