0258 NEW YORK CITY (BNO NEWS) – Singer and media magnet ‘Lady Gaga’ made an impromptu visit to the Yankees’ clubhouse after their Friday night loss, talking her way through security, but Yankee General Manager Brian Cashman said the singer is not banned from the clubhouse as a result, local media reported on Monday.

As a proclaimed Yankees fan, Lady Gaga, in a black bikini bottom, was wearing the team’s pinstripe jersey, half-buttoned, and clearly exposing her bra. The media was not given access to the clubhouse, even though they are supposedly allowed entrance 10 minutes after the final pitch. According to reports, the singer not only made her way in, she also met with some players, including Robinson Cano.

“She didn’t do anything wrong,” Cashman said, as celebrities are usually allowed to socialize with the players, but are normally only given access after a win. On Friday, the Yankees lost to the Mets.

“She’s not banned,” Cashman continued. “Celebrities aren’t banned. If Michael Jordan showed up here he would have access, but not after a loss.”

The New York Post initially cited a source for saying that the team’s co-chairman Hal Steinbrenner was annoyed and decided to ban the singer from the team’s clubhouse permanently. Gaga had evidently been drinking, as she was unable to structure coherent sentences when she approached several players near the locker room.

The source further said that Gaga had engaged in “boozy antics,” which included “swigging whiskey and repeatedly fondling her boobs.”

“There is a time and a place for that, and it’s certainly not after a loss and not at the expense of the media doing their job,” Cashman said.

Lady Gaga showed up at New York Stadium last week during a Mets-Padres Game, getting media attention, as she decided to curse out Mets’ fans and to give them the finger.
