Lady Gaga credits ex with inspiring her to make music
June 24th, 2010 - 6:55 pm ICT by ANILondon, June 24 (ANI): Lady Gaga has admitted she still feels for ex-lover who left her inconsolable long time back and has credited him with inspiring her music to this day.
The ‘Poker Face’ hitmaker vowed to never love again after her parted ways with heavy metal drummer Luke.
But the pop diva is convinced the bitter break-up made her the global superstar she is today.
“I wouldn’t have been as successful without him. I’ve never really loved anyone like I loved him. Or like I love him. That relationship really shaped me. It made me into a fighter,” the Daily Star quoted her as telling Rolling Stone magazine.
She added: “I don’t want to talk about him … he’s too precious to talk about… (It was) love. But, you know, I don’t really know much about love. I suppose if I knew everything about love, I wouldn’t be good at making music, would I?” (ANI)
