November 15, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The ‘Paparazzi’ pop star Lady Gaga has never gone gaga over her yoga mania all these years but this has come to everyone’s notice now.

Gaga is reportedly taking yoga classes since 2004 before she became popular as pop star. Recently, the 24-year-old pop star was seen attending Bikram yoga session in London in a pair of racy red lace knickers. And the most surprising fact is that she as carrying out the yoga sessions during the scorching temperatures of 105 degree F.

She is undergoing these several yoga classes over last few months in this rising temperatures. Is it her new way to beat the heat? There is a buzz that Lady Gaga is taking yoga classes these days because she is touring around the globe as part of her world tour.

Her instructor also accompanied Gaga during her session at Bikram Yoga Centre. Wearing a purple dress and black and white wedged heels, Lady Gaga underwent a 90-minute session in sauna-like temperatures. She had to undergo 26 different postures during this session. It seems Gaga is very concerned about her physique these days and she wants to keep herself fit throughout her hectic tour.

It is a very apt decision during this point of time when she will be under lot of pressure during this constant tour from this country to that. Gaga seemed very impressed with her lessons at Bikram Yoga Studio during her last visit so she left a note for instructor Tricia Donegan conveying her pleasure.
