Mar 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Well Lady Gaga has definitely achieved star status. One sure sign? Someone is suing her. He ex boyfriend/ex producer has filed a 35 million dollar lawsuit against the flamboyant star claiming that she used his work to attain her fame, and then forgot about him.

Gaga has been all over the news this week in controversies about her new video with Beyonce’. The scenes depicting murder, girl on girl porn, and other immoral acts has gotten the video dubbed as “too much for TV, and has parents in an uproar, citing that with today’s technology, there is simply no way to govern everything the kids watch, but that videos such as this should not be made available to them. People on the side of Gaga are claiming that it is up to the parents to watch what the kids do, and that she is an artist, and that the work is art, not murderous porn graphics. Right in the middle of this battle comes a lawsuit from Rob Fusari, her ex.

In a former article, I brought you another story of Lady Gaga, who was laughing at the revenge she was having on her ex, who had said that she would never amount to anything. She told him then that one day, when she was long gone, that he would not even be able to order a cup of coffee without hearing her songs playing in the background. Gaga was on the April cover of Cosmopolitan, laughing at her revenge. Now she is being sued by an ex who says he is the reason that she shot to stardom, that he even came up with her name!

He is claiming that he came up with her name after he texted the song title “Radio Gaga” on his phone, and his spellchecker changed it to “Lady Gaga,” but in the story which “Rolling Stone” had in their June 2009 issue Brian Hiatt reported that Rob Fuari was singing “Radio Gaga” to her as a running joke, and that she texted him back the the new name, and from then on, never answered to “Stef.”(Stefani Germanotta)

He also claims to have co written many of her songs, such as “Paparazzi,” “Brown Eyes,” and “Dirty,Rich,Beautiful” plus a few others.

He said in a statement, ““All business is personal,” the suit says. “When those personal relationships evolve into romantic entanglements, any corresponding business relationship usually follows the same trajectory so that when one crashes they all burn. This is what happened here.” There is no mention anywhere in the suit about breach of contract, so if the two former lovers had no contract, it is unclear how fare this suit could go. Lady Gaga had no comment.
