Lady Gaga a man or both?

Lady Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, is under the bloggers’ scrutiny. They are exploding speculation and “Lady Gaga is a man” rumors.
It was learnt that Lady Gaga herself gave oxygen to the media fire.
Gaga said: It’s not something that I’m ashamed of, just isn’t something that I go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but I consider myself a female. It’s just a little bit of a penis and really doesn’t interfere much with my life. The reason I haven’t talked about it is that it’s not a big deal to me. I think this is a great opportunity to make other multiple gendered people feel more comfortable with their bodies. I’m sexy, I’m hot. I have both a poon and a peener. Big f***ing deal.
Some Lady Gaga fans also said the “penis” is actually her panties literally getting into a wad.
Although it had not been possible to locate the quote’s original source with her rep not responding to bizarre questions, blogs have admitted that Gaga isn’t ashamed of it.
