Lachey ready to start family
June 12th, 2011 - 7:47 am ICT by IANSLondon, June 12 (IANS) Singer Nick Lachey has revealed he is ready to start a new chapter and have children with fiancee Vanessa Minnillo.The couple are set to get married later this year and Lachey who was previously married to Jessica Simpson revealed the pressure is on to catch up to his brother Drew, who has two children, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“I would like to be a dad sooner than later. I am getting up there. I have gotta catch up with my brother. Drew’s got two and I have got zero, so the pressure is on me,” he said.
I’m at a point in my life where I’m ready to start another chapter. Having kids is a big part of that. I am excited for what comes next. Life is a journey, and I’m certainly ready to close this chapter and move on to the next,” he added.
