La Toya may now own the Michael Jackson family home

Michael Jackson Estate has been holding on to the singer’s family home since he passed away but new documents have been filed in court challenging that. The documents were filed by Alejandra Jackson after moves to evict her from the house emerged. Alejandra’s lawyers claim that the home was owned by Michael Jackson and La Toya Jackson.
The documents challenged that since Michael Jackson is dead his interests in the house should be automatically given to La Toya. That claim according to TMZ is not so.
The celebrity website reported that its checks at the L.A. County Recorder did not mention La Toya as the joint owner of the estate instead the records show Michael Jackson’s business manager, Michael Kane.
Katherine Jackson has gone to court to have Alejandra thrown out of Michael Jackson’s home.
Michael Jackson died suddenly on the 25th of June 2009. His doctor, Conrad Murray, is currently standing trial for the death of the singer.
