London, Aug 13 (ANI): Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue has revealed that she is happy she gained weight after undergoing chemotherapy because she was ‘too thin’ before her cancer diagnosis.
The ‘Can’t get you out of my head’ singer was diagnosed breast cancer in 2005 and underwent intense chemo treatment.
Minogue put on weight after that but is happy with her expanded waistline.
“It was difficult but I think my body in many ways is better for having weight on it,” the Daily Star quoted her as telling Cosmopolitan.
“When I look back at some pictures, I just think, ‘That’s too thin, that doesn’t look good.’
Now everything’s changed. It’s coming back to normal - whatever normal is. New normal,” she added. (ANI)
