Aug 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The result night of ‘America’s Got Talent’ made up for the heartbreaks that some of the fans suffered with some extraordinary performances. With stars such as Jimmy Fallon and Kylie Minogue in the line-up, the American audience were in for a treat this week. Nick Cannon announced the first four semifinalists and sadly none of them made it into the finals. The fans were quickly distracted from the tragic fate of ArcAttack, Future Funk, Dan Sperry and Christina Young with a fabulous performance from last year’s finalists Recycled Percussion.

Next up was a performance from Jimmy Fallon of ‘Late Night’ fame. He did a number of 10 second impressions of other comedians which was a difficult but hilarious feat. This was followed by some more results and Anna & Patryk saw themselves through to the finals. Sharon Osbourne was seen all praises for the kids and said that they had improved over time. This was followed with a performance from the gorgeous Australian superstar Kylie Minogue. She debuted her latest single ‘Get Outta My Way’ from her highly anticipated album ‘Aphrodite’. The star struck audience at ‘America’s Got Talent’ were seen going berserk during the performance by the legendary singer. She danced around on stage in high heels with the other dancers who used chairs as props.

In the final segment more finalists were announced. The touching tale of Christina and Ali proved to be their biggest strength as the American audience chose them over Antonio Restivo and Connor Doran. Howie Mandel said that he would love to see Connor Doran come back later in the show.
