March 5th, 2012 - 5:34 am ICT by IANSLos Angeles, March 5 (IANS) Ashton Kutcher had his first experience of the child porn racket when he accompanied investigators during a sweep in Northern California.
Kutcher was seen with the San Jose police while officers served several arrest warrants in the area, reports tmz.com.
Kutcher took part in the sweep as a representative of the Demi and Ashton Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the eradication of sexual slavery.
A spokesman for the San Jose police department said Kutcher was not a direct participant in the raids and was prohibited from entering the homes being raided, in accordance with police policy.
Authorities reportedly arrested at least three men during the sweep and seized computers and other evidence that allegedly showed the men circulating videos of children having sex with adults.
