Los Angeles, Mar 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) “Dancing with the Stars” champion Kristi Yamaguchi’s children’s book “Dream Big, Little Pig!” has gone out for sale.

The Olympic gold medalist told parents who had gathered for her autograph in their books that they should dream big as the book teaches. There were a massive crowd of about 300 people at the Sycamore Room at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center. The signing was done on Wednesday as parents with their wards stood in queue for Yamaguchi to sign their copies.

The children’s book is about Poppy the Pig who follows its dream of becoming a ballet, singing and runway star. The book is illustrated by Tim Bowers.

Some of the kids were impressed with Yamaguchi. Amanda Chi wondered how the ice skater combined all the task that she handles. Amanda said that, “I think it’s amazing that she could ice skate and she could dance and she could write a book.”

Aubrey Davenport is a 10-year-old and she practices ice skating. She revealed that she would like to ask the Olympic gold medalist two questions concerning ice skating. She had the opportunity to do so.
