Jan 28, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After making headlines with her ‘Bella Swan’ image in the famous “Twilight” movie series, audience may soon see actress Kristen Stewart donning the role of the fairy tale character ‘Snow White’ in “Snow White and the Huntsman” on the big screen. Although, the news is not a confirmed one but reportedly developments are going on for casting the 20 year old for the forth coming movie adaptation of the fairy tale.

According to reports, the actress however, is not the only one who has been considered for the role. Makers of the “Snow White and the Huntsman” are also said to have considered other young stars for the role of the princess. Reportedly, Riley Keough who is the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, English actress Felicity Jones and Emily Browning of the “Sucker Punch” fame has also appeared for the screen tests. While these are the list of the possible candidates who stand high of grabbing the role of ‘Snow White’ reports of the Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron being cast for the role of the evil queen has also come up. As for the role of the huntsman, it is being said that Viggo Mortensen of “The Road” is being considered for the role.

Kristen Stewart presently is shooting for the “Breaking Dawn” movies. According to reports “Snow White and the Huntsman” will be directed by Rupert Sanders and the screenplay has been penned by Evan Daugherty. the fairytale movie is scheduled to release in the next year on December 21. Reports claim that the plot of the movie will be based on Snow White and the Huntsman who takes her to the forest to kill her but surprisingly ends up as her protector and guardian.
