Kristen Stewart and ‘Twilight Saga’ Win at Scream Awards

Oct 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Of the winners who were announced during the taping of the 2010 Spike TV Scream Awards, a few of them went to the vampire drama, ‘The Twilight Saga’. Kristen Stewart, the leading actress in the Saga won “Best Actress in a Fantasy Movie or TV Show” and the movie ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ won the spot for “Best Fantasy Movie”.
Robert Patterson also won as “Best Actor in a Fantasy Movie or TV Show”, and Xavier Samuel won the “Breakout Performance Male” spot for his part in the Saga as well.
Ashley Green was scheduled to appear along with Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed, but had to cancel at the last minute, and Jackson Rathbone had to step in her place. Nikki Reed also presented the award for ‘Best Horror Movie’. The movie ‘Eclipse’ was also nominated for ‘The Ultimate Scream’ but that prize ultimately went to ‘Inception’.
The entire show will be presented on October 19 at 9:00 pm EST on Spike TV, and will reveal all of the winners. ‘LOST’ fans, fans of the ‘Harry Potter’ series, and ‘True Blood’ fans are sure to be delighted as well.
